Agnes McDonnell- Martinez

January 20, 1932 — May 19, 2024

Agnes McDonnell- Martinez passed away peacefully at home with her children by her bedside, at the age of 92 on May 19, 2024.
She is the daughter of Felipe and Candelaria Martinez. Agnes met John while John was stationed in Los Alamos. They were married for 59 wonderful years. They traveled and always enjoyed spending time with their children.
Agnes is survived by her daughters Patricia Gallegos, Margie Ortiz, son in-laws Gil Gallegos, and Randy Ortiz,four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Agnes was very devoted to her faith. She was a lector, eucharistic minister, choir, and active in many other activities at the Nativity Parish. She enjoyed her Wednesday luncheon with her friends, gardening, reading, and taking care of her beloved cats.
There will be a private memorial for the immediate family.
