Albert Jaramillo

Albert Herman Jaramillo, age 71, beloved and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, was embraced by the Lord Monday, August 20, 2018 and taken to his heavenly home.  He was a lifelong resident of Bernalillo, NM.  Albert was proud Veteran of the United States Army who served his country during the Viet Nam War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Juanita Jaramillo.  Albert is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Julia Jaramillo; his children, Gerald Apodaca and wife Marjorie, Beth Tafoya, Charlene Lucero and husband Joe; his precious grandchildren, whom he was so proud of, Matthew, Issac Apodaca, Anthony Apodaca, Nicole Richardson and husband Nate, and Joshua Lucero; and many other loving relatives and friends.  Albert will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose lives he touched.  Until we meet again!

Visitation will be Friday, August 24, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM, where a rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m.; followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.  Albert will be laid to rest Monday, August 27, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.  Casket Bearers will be Matthew, Issac Apodaca, Jose and Kenneth Parra, David and Leroy Valencia.  Honorary Bearer will be Albert's youngest grandson, Joshua Lucero.
