Betty Louise Post

Betty Louise Post, age 81, went to be with our Heavenly Father on August 5th 2023. She
was born on September 5th 1941 in Regina, NM to Herman and Elsie Francis Schultz.
She was the second of 6 children. In 1959, she graduated from Cuba High School and
married the love of her life Jim Post. In 1962, they had their only son, Jim Doyle. She
worked for many years in the Lindrith Post Office serving as Postmaster until she retired
in 2004. She loved spending time with her family, the light of her life being her
grandchildren, Luke and Taylor, as well as her great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Jalynn.
She was very active in the Lindrith Baptist Church and in the Lindrith community.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Elsie and Herman; her husband Jim Post; her
brothers Robert and Terry Schultz. She is survived by her son Jim Doyle Post; her
grandchildren Luke Post, Taylor Post-Dotson and her husband Brandan; Her great
grandchildren, Ashlynn and Jalynn Dotson; Her sisters, Carol Whitney and husband
Jerry, Dianne Hatch and husband Alan, and Susan Devargas. As well as many cousins,
nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Betty will be greatly missed by her loving family
and those whose hearts she touched.

Casket
Bearers will be Luke Post, Taylor Post-Dotson, Dion Randall, John Schultz, Kelly
Nelson, and Hap Post.
