Candy left this world peacefully in his sleep in Socorro, New Mexico due to medical complications. Candido is preceded in death by his mother Mae Garcia and brother Fred Garcia. Candido is survived by his father Candido Jr and wife Theresa of Albuquerque NM, brothers Donald and wife Dorothy of Grants NM, Edward and wife Helen Garcia of Socorro NM, sister-in law Lisa Lynn Garcia of Emit ID, daughter Geneva and husband Jesus Aguayo of San Antonio TX, daughter Brittany Garcia of Albuquerque NM, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his Beloved Bubba. Funeral arrangements are pending through Daniel’s Family Funeral & Cremation.

Candy worked throughout the United States as an Underground Miner, Shaft Tunnel Miner. Projects such as The H3 Tunnel is in Kaneohe Hawaii, Elevator Shaft on the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead Aqua duct, Northern Nevada Gold Mines. To the Salt Mines located in South Texas, Salt Domes in New Iberia Louisiana, to Metropolitan Subway Tunnels in Virginia and Maryland.
