Carmen Archibeque

Carmen "Lita" Archibeque, age 87, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on February 16, 2021.  She was a gentle soul who was known for her wonderful cooking, especially her tamales!  She was preceded in death by her parents Felipe & Bessie Martinez, infant daughter Rita and son Albert Archibeque.  She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 70 years Alejandro (Alex) Archibeque, daughters Rita Zamora husband David, Isabel Trujillo husband Herman, son Anthony Archibeque wife Lorraine, daughter in law Eleanor Archibeque, grandchildren David Zamora III wife Jaclyn, Boston Zamora, Julian Zamora, Daniella O'Connor husband James, Alicia Archibeque, Amanda Lopez wife Felisha, Deanna Lopez, great grandchildren Stella and Griffin O'Connor and David Zamora IV.

Services will be held Tuesday March 2, 2021 at St. Jude Thaddeus Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW with a rosary at 10:00 AM and Mass following at 10:30 AM. Rosary and Mass will also be live streamed starting at 10:00 AM at www.stjudenm.org.  Due to covid restrictions a private burial will be held.
