Danielle Baldonado

Danielle Meegan Baldonado, age 29, beloved wife, daughter, sister, and granddaughter, was embraced by our Lord Jesus Friday, February 16, 2018 and taken to her heavenly home.  She was born in Albuquerque and was a resident of Bernalillo, NM, where she graduated from Bernalillo High School in 2006.  Danielle was nominated for Woman of the year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was awarded the "Relentless Spirit" award.  She enjoyed music concerts, loved her family time, and took being a "Prayer Warrior" to heart.  Danielle will be fondly remembered as a kind, loving, gentle person who care for others.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy and Adela Sanchez, Justo and Josefita Mascarena.

Danielle is survived by her loving husband of ten years, Richard Meegan, II; daughter, Mickayla Meegan; her mother, Loraine Romero and husband Anthony; father, Anthony Baldonado and Cheryl Manning; and her sister Jessica Brock.  Also surviving are her grandparents, Boni and Lucy Mascarena, Merlin and Dolores Romero; and many other loving relatives and a host of friends.  Danielle will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino Del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM, where a Celebration of Life will be conducted at 10:00 a.m.; then followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be at the Algodones Community Cemetery in Algodones, NM.   Casket Bearers will be Eugene Salazar, Juan Maldonado, Joseph Mascarena, and Jared Zamora.
