Freddie Lovato

Freddie R. Lovato, age 17, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and uncle,  passed away unexpectedly, as a result of an automobile accident, Friday, February 26, 2016.  He was born in Albuquerque, NM and was a resident of Rio Rancho.  Freddie was attending Independence High School and was employed by Blakes Lotaburger in Rio Rancho.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Fred Lovato; maternal grandparents, Pauline Chavez and Valentine Cardona, Jr.; and Uncle Freddie M. Lovato.  Freddie is survived by his parents, Robert P. Lovato and Christine A. Cardona; his siblings, Isaac Torivio, Marissa Vigil, Audreanna Vigil; his loving aunt Tina and uncle Donovan Hurtado.  Also surviving are his maternal-grandmother, Jeanette Martinez; paternal-grandmother, Judy P. Lovato; his step-mom, Bonnie Medina; Godparents, Brenda and Reyes Martinez; and numerous extended relatives and friends.  Freddie will be greatly missed by all.

A Rosary will be recited Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., SE, Rio Rancho, NM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 12:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Casket Bearers will be Andrew Martinez, Matthew Martinez, Ethan Sanchez, Isaiah Valdez, Isaac Harriott, and Jon Sanchez.  Honorary Bearers will be Robert Hurtado, Israel Luna, Joseph Romero, Amelia Lynn, Dominic Lovato, and Isaiah Cordova.
