Age 57, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018. She was born in Alamosa, CO on March 2, 1961, to Rumaldo and Theresa Gallegos. She attended Valley High School and graduated in 1979.
Julie was a phlebotomist for many many years. She worked as a dental assistant and she was a florist. Julie also loved to bake and she was an award-winning cake decorator as well..
She was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth Gallegos.
Julie is survived by her parents, Rumaldo and Theresa Gallegos; siblings, James Gallegos and wife Mary, Ernest Gallegos, Wanda Casias and husband Jessie, Joann Angel and husband John, Eddie Gallegos and wife Delia, Brian Gallegos; neices and nephews, James Gallegos and wife Nicole, Arlene Gallegos, Jeremy Gallegos, Jesse Casias, Krystal Cerna and husband Mark, Jacob Angel and wife Anjelica, Elizabeth Angel; and Great Neices and nephews, Nakayla McWillie, Jax Gallegos, Kai Angel, and Lucas Angel.
Services will be held at 8:00 a.m. June 22, 2018 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 9502 4th st. NW.
