Linda Krawetz

Linda Kaye Krawetz age 69 of Albuquerque, nm passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, after a lengthy illness.  She was born on December 1, 1948 in Artesia, NM to TJ Crouch and Mary (Wood) Crouch.  Linda attended high school in Albuquerque and on April 22, 1972 she married husband Charles Krawetz.  Their son Michael T. Krawetz was born on June 17, 1973.  She worked at different jobs and always wanted to help others any way she could.  Linda loved working in her yard and especially her flower garden. She always greeted people she met with a smile and made sure to tell them to “have a nice day”.  Linda also enjoyed watching all the old TV programs.  Linda was very fond of her dogs Jamie and Lucas, they brought her great joy.  But most of all, Linda loved her family and friends.  She always made a point to stop by her mother and fathers home (also her neighbors) on her way to work to have coffee with her mother Mary.  She and her dad TJ shared the same infectious laugh and gift for gab!!

Oh how Linda loved and nurtured her son Michael, she always wanted the very best for him.  Linda was very close to her aunt Wanda Weiters and cousin Rod Downey.  She enjoyed visiting with her many friends, and it was said by one “she was an inspiration to her and her husband”   they loved her very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, TJ and Mary Crouch; her husband Charles Krawetz; her son, Michael T. Krawetz; brother, Tommy Loy Crouch; and step-daughter, Patty Krawetz.  Linda is survived by her aunts, Altha M. Crouch, Frances L. Giles  both of Clovis, NM, Peggy Rounds of Alaska, and Wanda Wieters of Arizona; her uncles, George wood and wife Lucille of Belen, NM, and Edith Seely of Mesa, AZ; and uncle, George Wood and wife Lucille of Belen, NM; nieces, Maryellen Fish and husband Dan of Chichester, NH, Nicole Crouch of Dunbarton, NH; great-nieces and nephews, Aliya, Daven, Cooper and Sophia; and many friends.  Linda will be greatly missed by all.

Visitations will be Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services – Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW, where the Celebration of Linda’s Life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at the Sunset Memorial Park.  Casket Bearers will be Tito Soberanez, Richard Larranage, Roy Reed, Rusty Reed, Les Wood and Rod Downey.

One of Linda’s last wishes upon her passing was she wanted everyone to “have a party and celebrate”!!!
