Rosalie Whiting

Age 94, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully, Monday, November 28, 2016.   She was a lifelong resident of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Whiting, Sr.; grandsons, Michael Dimas andPete S. Sanchez.

Rosalie is survived by her loving children, Henry Whiting, Jr., Pete Sanchez and wife Berlinda, and Catherine Dimas and husband Jean; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Evangeline Sanchez; and other loving relatives and friends.

A Rosary will be recited Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 Fourth St., NW, where the Mass  will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at San Carlos Cemetery.  Casket Bearers will be Joe Sanchez, Ronnie Sanchez, Richard Sanchez, Alex P. War, J.R. De Soto, Gabriel De Soto, and Ambrosio Barela.  Honorary Bearers will be Rosalie's nine granddaughters.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Fabie Olivas and Rose Apodaca for the loving care given to Rosalie.
