Rudy Montoya, age 73, 2016 a resident of Bernalillo, NM passed away on Saturday, June 25th, 2016. Rudy lived his life the only way he could, and up until his last breath he did it his way.
Rudy was preceded in death by his parents Geronimo and Lucia Montoya.
Rudy is survived by his son Aaron Montoya and wife Jaime Gutierrez-Montoya, son Christian Montoya, granddaughters Evalyn, Laurel, and Chloe Montoya; brother Walter Montoya; sister Lorraine and husband Clyde Miera, sister Cecilia and husband Ignacio Archibeque; brother Johnny Montoya and partner Inez Diaz, his special friend Elaine Bland, and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
A rosary will be recited Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Archibeque, Tony Pino, Andy Pino, Eric Montoya, Richard Montoya, and Paul Montoya.
