Salvador “Sal” Torrez

Salvador “Sal” Torrez, age 66, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 8, 2021 while surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Globe, Arizona and was a residence of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his parents, Salvador, and Betty Torrez. Sal loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and hunting buddies. Sal is survived by his loving wife Ruby, his wonderful children, Chrystal Torrez-Porsberg and husband Erik, Michael Lovato and girlfriend Kalisha, Michelle Torrez, and fiancé Anthony, Tiffany Lewis and husband Jared; grandchildren Giovanni Morgan, Kasey Porsberg, Fabian Beilman, Sean Lewis, and Andrew Flores. Also surviving sisters Cindy Lovato and husband, Toby: brothers Pete Torrez, Rocky Torrez, and wife Chivonne; and other numerous relatives and friends. Sal will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose lives he touched.

Rosary will be held at the Alameda Chapel on July 23rd at 6:00 pm.
