Sarah Maestas

Sarah Maestas, age 84, beloved sister, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, September 24, 2019.  She was born in Cleveland, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque, NM.  Sarah enjoyed quilting, patchwork, painting and ceramics.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alejandro and Isabel Maestas; sisters, Estella Sanchez and Lucia Rorex.

Sarah is survived by her loving siblings, George Maestas, Alex Maestas, Magdalena Maestas-Torres, and Elda Flores; nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends. Sarah will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be Friday, September 27, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114, where Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd., SE.  Casket Bearers will be Robert Abeyta, Andy Reinen, Jason Aragon, Joseph Sanchez, Steven Maestas, and Randy Sedillos.
