Stephen Lovato

Stephen Vincent (Mosquita) was called home to our Lord on Saturday April 1, 2017.  He was born on January 16, 1965 to Isa and Rebecca Lovato.  Mosquita to all who knew him was a loving and caring individual who loved his family so much. He loved music, dancing and his passion was art; he loved drawing and was great at it.

He was preceded in death by his parents Isa & Rebecca Lovato; and his baby brother Marvin Lovato.

Stephen is survived by his wife Ramona Garcia; and their three beautiful daughters, Juanita Garcia, Rebecca Lovato, Victoria Lovato; and one grandson, Uriel Estrada.  Also surviving are his brothers, Ivy Lovato, Randy Lovato and wife Gloria Lovato, Martin Lovato; nieces and nephew, Marcia Lovato, Charlene Lovato and husband Randy Pardo, Carmen Aragon and husband Chris, Camille Lovato, Ashley Lovato, Kassandra Lovato and Marvin Lovato, Jr., Anna Garcia Lovato and husband Joe; great nieces and nephews, Alexis, PJ, Destiny, Angel, Isaaca, Isaiah, Mateo, Tatiana, Angelique,  Nestorita, Iziah, Destiney, Cecelia, Kamilla,  Andres, Adrian, Monique, Antonio, and Joseph; and numerous relatives and friends.

We little knew that morning that God would call your name. In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same.  It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for a part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we can't see you, you are always by our sides. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.  "Rest in Paradise our sweet little Mosquita until we meet again"

A Rosary will be recited Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at San Isidro Catholic Church in San Ysidro, NM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.  Inurnment will follow at San Ysidro Cemetery.
