Our beloved Christopher went home to be with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Diane and Christian Zafra, father, Leroy Romero and companion Ann Chavez, Grandmother, Claudine Maes, brother and sister-in-law Mathew and Nicole, niece Alicia, nephews Santiago, Elisha, and Xavier.  Uncles and Aunts, Michael Urioste, Jerry Urioste and Auntie Debbie, Michael and Allene Romero, Ronald and Bert Romero, Theresa Lovato.

Christopher loved his family immensely and enjoyed spending time with them and his dog, Chico.  Chico sadly passed the same day as Christopher. Christopher loved to rollerblade, play video games, watch movies and play basketball.  In Christopher’s younger years, you could always find him sporting his favorite Michael Jordan attire.  His best times were spent visiting and sharing stories with his family.  He had many friends and made friends easily with his vibrant and charismatic personality.  His energy, beautiful smile, and compassion will be greatly missed.

The family would like to offer a special thank you to Dr. Andy Edwards for your life-long support, caring and friendship.  The family also wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to Dr. David Chin, PMG Medical Providers, Dr. Janelle Montoya, and staff at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, Unit 3100 and ICU.
